Microsoft is hiring a Cloud Solution Architect for Copilot Studio and Agents to empower customers through AI transformation. You'll leverage your deep technical skills in Azure and customer insights to drive product success. This role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies.
You have a strong technical background with a focus on cloud solutions, particularly in AI technologies. You are adept at translating customer needs into actionable solutions and have experience working with cross-functional teams to drive product success. Your ability to advocate for customer needs and provide technical enablement is key to your success in this role. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your insights to influence product roadmaps and enhance customer experiences. You are passionate about AI transformation and have a deep understanding of Copilot Studio and Agents. You are a proactive communicator, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and translating those into industry solutions. You will work closely with the Tech Strategy team to prioritize product roadmap investments based on customer insights. Your role will involve driving customer escalations and providing technical enablement to ensure product success. You will advocate for the products in your portfolio, ensuring that customer feedback is integrated into product development. You will also collaborate with various teams across Microsoft to ensure that customer experiences exceed expectations. Your insights will help shape the future of AI solutions within the organization, and you will play a critical role in the success of Copilot Studio and Agents.
