AuditBoard is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to enhance their security compliance program and facilitate compliance operations. This role requires a foundational understanding of GRC concepts and involves collaboration across multiple departments.
You have a strong background in compliance and security, with experience in enhancing compliance programs and facilitating operations. You understand the importance of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts and how they apply across various departments in an organization. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to assess compliance standards effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building partnerships to drive compliance initiatives forward. Your ability to communicate complex compliance requirements clearly to stakeholders is one of your key strengths. You are proactive in identifying compliance risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements and best practices.
In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the strategic pillars of AuditBoard's security compliance program. You will facilitate day-to-day compliance operations, ensuring that all departments understand and adhere to compliance standards. You will be involved in various areas such as Awareness & Training, Policy Management, Control Testing & Monitoring, and Continuity Testing Facilitation. Your role will require you to collaborate with different teams to ensure that compliance measures are effectively implemented and maintained. You will also monitor compliance activities and report on the status of compliance initiatives to senior management. Your insights will help shape the compliance strategy and ensure that AuditBoard remains a leader in the industry.
