You have 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the tech industry, and possess a deep understanding of the recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding. You excel at building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring that you understand the specific needs of each role and team culture. Your ability to engage passive candidates and create a positive candidate experience sets you apart. You are data-driven, using metrics to optimize the recruiting funnel and improve outcomes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working in a hybrid setting, balancing in-person and remote interactions. As a Senior Sales Recruiter at Superhuman, you will take full ownership of the recruiting funnel, from initial sourcing through to closing and onboarding.
