Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the tech industry, and possess a deep understanding of the recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding. You excel at building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring that you understand the specific needs of each role and team culture. Your ability to engage passive candidates and create a positive candidate experience sets you apart. You are data-driven, using metrics to optimize the recruiting funnel and improve outcomes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working in a hybrid setting, balancing in-person and remote interactions. You are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in your hiring practices, understanding the importance of building diverse teams.

What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Recruiter at Superhuman, you will take full ownership of the recruiting funnel, from initial sourcing through to closing and onboarding. You will strategically design and optimize each stage of the recruiting process, ensuring that candidates have a seamless experience. You will engage with passive prospects, qualify candidates, and manage interviews, all while delivering exceptional candidate experiences. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and hiring managers, you will build strong relationships to deeply understand role needs and team culture. You will also be responsible for building and sustaining critical pipelines that support the growth of diverse teams within the organization. Your role will involve analyzing recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of the recruiting process.
