PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive sales growth within Global 500 accounts. You'll leverage a consultative sales approach to align solutions with customer needs. This role requires a proven track record in SaaS sales.
You are an experienced Strategic Account Executive with a strong background in acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts. With a proven track record in SaaS sales, you thrive in a high-performance culture and excel at building long-term relationships. You understand the importance of balancing the pursuit of new logos with nurturing existing strategic accounts. Your consultative sales approach allows you to align PagerDuty's multi-product solutions with the needs of senior executives, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You are customer-centric and value the importance of delivering maximum value to existing accounts, positioning PagerDuty as a strategic partner.
In this role, you will report to the Regional Sales Director and be responsible for driving sales growth within a select group of new and existing strategic Global 500 accounts. You will leverage your expertise to secure new customers while ensuring that existing accounts continue to realize maximum value from PagerDuty's solutions. Your mission will involve collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and expand the footprint of PagerDuty within your assigned accounts. You will engage with senior executives, understanding their needs and aligning them with PagerDuty's offerings. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key to your success, as you work to nurture existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities. You will also be expected to contribute to the overall sales strategy and share insights with your team to drive continuous improvement.
