You have a proven track record of orchestrating planning, prioritization, and execution of projects, managing timelines, and facilitating ongoing delivery. Your communication skills enable you to articulate technical requirements clearly and foster strong relationships with Product, Engineering, and Security teams. Desirable

Experience with identity management and security technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You are comfortable using project management tools and have a knack for data-driven decision-making. What you'll do

In this role, you will drive the cross-functional delivery of Okta's most strategic portfolio of work in Security. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to define the scope, value, and technical requirements of projects. Your responsibilities will include managing complex operational processes, securing commitments from teams, and setting timelines for project execution. You will facilitate ongoing delivery and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

You will lead large-scale programs, coordinating efforts across multiple teams to achieve project goals. Your ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively will be crucial in this role. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
