Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of creating a positive experience for customers and are excited to be part of a team that is reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You are available to work flexible hours, including weekends, and are committed to being a reliable team member. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you meet the requirements for this role.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus, as is a background in customer service or delivery roles. You are comfortable working with a diverse range of customers and can adapt your communication style to meet their needs. A strong sense of community involvement and a desire to engage with local initiatives will set you apart as a candidate.

What you'll do

As a Vehicle Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring that each delivery is a positive experience. You will engage with customers upon arrival, providing them with information about their new vehicle and answering any questions they may have. Your role will also involve maintaining a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring that it is ready for delivery at all times. You will work closely with the Inspection Center team to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure that all vehicles are in excellent condition before they reach customers.

In addition to delivering vehicles, you will have the opportunity to participate in community events and initiatives, helping to promote Carvana's mission of making car buying a joyful experience. You will be expected to maintain a flexible schedule, as shifts may vary based on customer demand and operational needs. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key in building lasting relationships with customers and enhancing Carvana's reputation in the community.
