You have a strong background in merchandising and a passion for movies, TV, and sports. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to create engaging user experiences. Your analytical skills help you understand user behavior and preferences, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance content discovery. You are adept at leveraging both algorithmic machine learning and editorial curation to optimize user engagement. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively partner with teams across the organization, including Content Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. You are proactive and take initiative in your role, always looking for ways to improve the user experience on the Roku platform.
As the Platform & Sports Merchandising Manager, you will be a key member of Roku’s International Merchandising team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage merchandising strategies that enhance content discovery for users.
