Affirm is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager to define and execute their go-to-market strategy across payments and commerce. This role requires strong strategic thinking and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise customer adoption.
You have a proven track record in product marketing, with at least 5 years of experience leading marketing strategies in a technology-driven environment. You excel at translating complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, including merchants, partners, and consumers. Your strategic mindset allows you to connect product strategy to business impact, ensuring that messaging is consistent and grounded in customer insights. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Data Science teams to drive understanding and adoption of products. You are an inspiring leader who can motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You have a passion for storytelling and systems thinking, which enables you to build scalable programs that connect market insights to product decisions.
Experience in the fintech or payments industry is a plus, as is familiarity with go-to-market strategies for enterprise products. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market conditions. A background in data analysis and customer insights will help you inform your strategies effectively.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate product benefits and drive customer engagement. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning. Your role will be pivotal in shaping how Affirm is perceived in the market, influencing customer adoption and informing company strategy.
