As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to manage inventory receiving and ensure that all products are accounted for. You will pick, pack, and sort orders using technology similar to smartphone devices, facilitating smooth handoffs to Dashers. You will communicate clearly with customers through the app, especially when substitution approvals are needed, ensuring a delightful customer experience. Maintaining a safe working environment is crucial, and you will perform all duties in compliance with DashMart's safety and security standards. Additionally, you will complete cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management.
