Clutch is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee construction and property development across its facilities portfolio. You'll manage multi-site projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and budget requirements are met. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in construction engineering.
You have over 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of overseeing large-scale projects from inception to completion. Your expertise includes managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring that all construction activities align with company goals. You are adept at coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors and vendors, to facilitate smooth project execution. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively convey project requirements and updates to team members and executives alike. You are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment and are open to accommodating diverse perspectives within your team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the challenge of driving projects forward while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of construction and property development within Clutch's facilities portfolio. You will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Additionally, you will prepare and present project updates to senior management, highlighting any potential risks or issues that may arise. As Clutch expands its manufacturing presence, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our facilities and ensuring they meet the needs of our growing business.
