You have experience in quality assurance and a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles — you know how to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment. As a leader, you foster team cooperation and are skilled at coaching and developing employees to meet their potential. You are detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies. Desirable

Experience in the food industry or a similar field is a plus — you understand the unique challenges and requirements of maintaining quality in food production. Familiarity with performance management and employee training will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the QA teams at HelloFresh, ensuring that all operations meet GMPs and sanitation standards. You will provide guidance and training to employees, helping them understand their tasks and the importance of quality checks. You will work towards continuous improvement in all areas, ensuring that actions taken enhance the business while adhering to company policies. You will also be responsible for distributing the daily workload based on priority and employee capability, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

You will maintain accurate documentation regarding GMPs, HACCP, and processing analysis, and you may be required to inspect products or surfaces using various tools. Your leadership will be crucial in coaching QA employees to follow company procedures and in training new hires on standard operating procedures. You will report any defective materials or questionable conditions to ensure that quality is never compromised.
