Logistics Systems Manager ANZ

Job Description

HelloFresh Group is seeking to hire a highly technical and data-driven Senior Logistics System Manager to join our AU Downstream Supply Chain team.

Reporting to the ANZ Logistics Lead, this role will be pivotal in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the core logistics systems that power our delivery network for thousands of customers across Australia. This role  will play a key role in supporting the transition from locally developed tools to solutions within the global HelloFresh tech suite, driving system excellence, integration, and enabling best practice across the region.

You will closely collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including International Logistics, Data, Product and Engineering teams, local fulfilment, and our logistics line haul & last mile provider. You will focus on orchestrating these relationships to ensure our technology stack is robust, scalable, and aligned with HelloFresh's overarching business goals.

You will…

• System and Tools Ownership & Performance: Act as the subject matter expert and technical owner for key logistics systems and tools (e.g.,Logistics network design, tracking integration, demand steering, lead time optimisation). You'll monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and drive initiatives to improve system speed, reliability, and data accuracy.
• System Integration & Automation: Lead the technical implementation and integration of complex data sets and models into automated, hands-off logistics solutions. Work closely with Product and Data Engineering teams to integrate new features, data flows, and services.
• Customer Order System Flow: Design, monitor, and apply strategies to ensure successful, seamless data flow of customer orders from creation through fulfilment and to final delivery within the logistics technology landscape.
• Collaborative Development and System Excellence: Work closely with stakeholder teams to design, test, and implement new Supply Chain optimisation solutions and act as a coordinating link among technical and operational departments. Support the development and improvement of Logistics tools and services.
• Data & Reporting Infrastructure: Own the quality and integrity of local logistics data within various systems, building and maintaining the foundational data structures and reporting infrastructure necessary for the Downstream SC team to measure performance and drive operational excellence.

You have/are…

• A Scientific or Engineering Bachelor degree, a Project Management certification is a plus.
• At least three years of experience in a role focused on logistics systems, data engineering, or supply chain technology, demonstrating a track record of successful system implementation and process improvement.
• Proficiency in data analytics, SQL, Microsoft Excel, with a tech-savvy approach to understanding evolving industry practices and technical stacks.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and lead cross-functional teams, delivering results through collaboration and innovation.
• You are collaborative and influential: you can work with multiple stakeholders to influence them toward a winning strategy that achieves a common goal.
• You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in fast-paced environments, make sense of ambiguous situations, and enjoy taking on new responsibilities.
• You are a results-oriented doer with a hands-on mentality and a zest for action.

Start Date: Immediately available - Can wait a notice period

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia.
