What you'll do

As the Founding Planner at CoinTracker, you will take on the critical role of architecting the "Brain" of our AI-powered financial office. Your primary responsibility will be to break down complex financial decisions into logical trees that our AI agents can utilize. You will work closely with engineers to ensure that the decision-making processes are robust and scalable, allowing us to serve a growing number of clients effectively. You will also be involved in defining the metrics for success, such as customer satisfaction and the efficiency of the AI agents in handling queries. Your insights will guide the development of features that enhance user experience and ensure that our financial planning services are both accurate and user-friendly.

You will lead initiatives to refine our financial planning algorithms, ensuring they are capable of delivering top-tier advice without critical errors. Your role will involve continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to align on project goals and timelines. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the organization.
