Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to effectively access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques. Your expertise includes repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, showcasing your technical skills in automotive repair. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the business, including working mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, ensuring clear communication within the team and with customers.

Desirable

Experience with state-of-the-art tools and techniques in automotive repair is a plus, as is a willingness to participate in training programs to further enhance your skills and career progression. What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing dents on vehicles using advanced PDR techniques. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to ensure high-quality repairs. Your role will involve assessing vehicle panels for damage, determining the best repair methods, and executing repairs efficiently to meet customer expectations. You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure that vehicles are delivered on time.

You will also participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and stay updated on the latest PDR techniques and tools.
