You have at least 4 years of professional experience in roles that involve engaging with customers and processing transactions. Your background may include responsibilities such as computing charges, receiving payments, and explaining policies related to rental items. You are comfortable working independently and can provide structured feedback based on your expertise. You are eager to learn new skills and contribute to the development of AI models in your field. You understand the importance of clear communication and can articulate your insights effectively.
In this role, you will participate in an AI research project that runs year-round, contributing to the evaluation of AI models related to your field. Your tasks will include developing prompts that reflect your professional experience and assessing the responses generated by the AI. You will work asynchronously, allowing you to manage your hours flexibly, typically averaging between 5 to 20 hours per week.
