You have a strong background in software engineering with expertise in Python and Java — you've developed applications that leverage cloud technologies and understand the intricacies of building scalable solutions. Your experience includes working in teams focused on delivering high-quality software products, and you thrive in environments that challenge your technical skills.
You are passionate about financial technology and have a keen interest in developing solutions that address complex problems in financial crime and compliance — your analytical mindset allows you to approach challenges creatively and effectively. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product managers, to ensure that the solutions you build meet user needs and business objectives.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and are adept at debugging and optimizing code — you understand the importance of writing clean, maintainable code and are familiar with best practices in software development. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable team member.
Experience with cloud platforms and services is a plus, as is familiarity with PaaS/SaaS development models — you are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies that can enhance your work. A background in financial services or compliance solutions would be beneficial, as it aligns with the mission of the NICE Actimize team.

You will engage in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to coding, testing, and deployment — your contributions will help shape the future of financial crime solutions. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, ensuring that the team adheres to high standards of quality and efficiency.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, including cloud computing and advanced analytics — you will be encouraged to innovate and propose new ideas that can enhance the platform's capabilities. Your insights and expertise will be valued as you help drive the team towards achieving its goals.
