Who you are

You have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in business development or business management — you've successfully driven alignment on a holistic vision for new business motions, ensuring that future state designs cover processes, roles, and technology. Your ability to lead the charge in creating a roadmap to progress from the current state to a new future state is well established, and you have a proven track record in driving business capability creation and transformation efforts. You leverage your knowledge of people change management principles, process design thinking, and technology roadmap execution to achieve results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the Business Process Optimization team, supporting Apple Wallet products such as Apple Pay, Transit, and Access. You will be responsible for driving the design and maturation of important new business capabilities that enable growth, scale, quality, and risk mitigation through effective business processes, playbooks, and technology across the partner lifecycle. Your collaboration with business stakeholders, including Legal, Product, and Business Development teams, will be crucial in creating scalable capabilities that support Apple Wallet's strategies. You will lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and ensure that new business capabilities align with Apple's overall mission and objectives.
