What you'll do

As the Integration Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of high-performing Integration Engineers, focusing on the end-to-end process of scoping, selling, and managing professional services for Stripe's largest and most complex users. You will be responsible for developing and executing the long-term strategy and vision of the Professional Services team, ensuring that your team is equipped to handle the unique challenges presented by enterprise clients.

You will inspire and motivate your team, fostering an environment that encourages individual growth and development.
