What you'll do

As an NOC Analyst at Plume, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance and health of our systems and services. You will work closely with the Technical Operations team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to alerts, troubleshooting issues, and escalating problems as necessary to ensure minimal downtime.

You will participate in regular training sessions to enhance your technical skills and knowledge of our platform. This role will also involve documenting incidents and resolutions to help improve our processes and systems. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams, gaining insights into how different departments operate and contribute to the overall success of Plume.
