DoorDash is hiring a DashMart Team Member in Crestwood, IL to assist in local fulfillment operations. You'll be responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in physical, fast-paced settings.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation while following all HACCP, food-handling, and spoilage management processes. You will use technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. Clear and pleasant communication with customers through the app will be essential when substitution approvals are needed. You will maintain a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards, completing all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management.
