Socure is seeking a Principal Solution Consultant, Post-Sales to support client onboarding and success with their identity verification platform. This role requires technical aptitude and client-facing experience.
You have a strong background in solution consulting, ideally with experience in post-sales environments where you've supported clients through onboarding and implementation. Your technical aptitude allows you to understand complex identity verification and fraud prevention systems, and you thrive in collaborative settings where you can work closely with both technical and customer-facing teams. You are a problem solver and a trusted advisor, committed to ensuring that clients derive maximum value from the solutions provided. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. You are driven by customer success and retention, taking ownership of accounts and ensuring a smooth customer experience during early adoption.
Experience in the identity verification or fraud prevention industry is a plus, as is familiarity with technical implementation processes. A background in customer success or account management would also be beneficial, as it complements the skills needed for this role. You are eager to grow in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating complex problems with a solutions-oriented mindset.
