Overview

Relativity is seeking a Staff Technical Global Supply Manager in Long Beach to oversee the supply chain for their Terran R rocket. This role requires expertise in managing complex supply chain processes and collaboration across teams.

You have extensive experience in supply chain management, particularly in technical environments, and understand the intricacies of balancing lead time, cost, complexity, and manufacturability. Your background includes working with engineering teams to translate design intent into executable reality, ensuring that all aspects of the supply chain align with production goals. You thrive in environments where autonomy and ownership are encouraged, and you are adept at problem-solving in innovative ways. You are comfortable collaborating across various teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions, to drive solutions that meet the demands of a fast-paced industry.

Desirable

Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with advanced propulsion systems. You are knowledgeable about the latest trends and technologies in supply chain management and are always looking for ways to improve processes and efficiencies. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the supply chain efforts for the Terran R vehicle, ensuring that all materials and components are sourced efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all materials meet the necessary quality standards.
