Your expertise spans multiple disciplines, including 3D, motion, and brand design, allowing you to contribute at both a strategic leadership level and as an individual designer. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work closely with various teams, including Integrated & Marketing Operations, Art Direction, Editorial, and Copywriting. You understand the importance of cohesive design outputs that reflect the unique brand of Wealthsimple and are capable of mentoring your team while also being hands-on in the design process. You are adaptable and can transition seamlessly between leadership responsibilities and individual contributions, making you a versatile asset to the organization.

Experience in the fintech industry or a strong understanding of financial services would be a plus, as it will help you align design strategies with the company's mission of making financial services transparent and accessible. Familiarity with the latest design trends and technologies will also enhance your ability to lead the Brand Design team effectively.
