Overview

Accela is seeking a Program Manager to support their Go-to-Market organization. You'll manage complex workflows, budgets, and contracts while ensuring efficient execution of GTM programs. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in vendor management.

Who you are

You are a highly organized and execution-focused Program Manager with a strong background in managing complex workflows and budgets. You thrive in environments that require coordination across multiple departments, including operations, finance, and legal. Your experience includes overseeing vendor management and ensuring compliance with company policies. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to support high-visibility customer and sales events, demonstrating your commitment to the success of the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization.

You have a proven track record in contract and vendor management, coordinating contract reviews and approvals with various stakeholders. You ensure that all agreements comply with company policies prior to execution, maintaining organized and accurate records of contracts and vendor information. Your analytical skills allow you to track actual spending versus budget and analyze variances effectively.

Your expertise in budgeting and financial operations is complemented by your ability to lead GTM budgeting activities, including annual planning and quarterly reforecasting. You manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing, ensuring that financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You are adept at building and maintaining standardized workflows, templates, and checklists to ensure consistency and operational rigor across GTM initiatives. Your collaborative approach enables you to partner cross-functionally, ensuring timely program execution and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in large-scale event execution is a plus, as you will play a critical role in supporting high-visibility customer and sales events. Familiarity with compliance management and vendor onboarding processes will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Go-to-Market organization by managing complex workflows and ensuring that GTM programs run efficiently and compliantly. You will coordinate contract reviews and approvals with Legal, Finance, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all agreements comply with company policies prior to execution. Your responsibilities will include managing contract routing, approvals, and signature tracking, as well as overseeing vendor and contractor onboarding processes.

You will lead GTM budgeting activities, including annual planning and quarterly reforecasting, tracking actual spend versus budget and analyzing variances. Your role will involve managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing, as well as monitoring vendor spend and supporting financial reporting.

You will build and maintain standardized workflows, templates, and checklists to ensure consistency and operational rigor across GTM initiatives. Partnering cross-functionally, you will ensure timely program execution and prepare regular reports on contract status, budgets, and vendor activity. Your ability to manage complex workflows and budgets will be critical to the success of the GTM organization.
