Databricks is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive initiatives in the Defence sector. You'll leverage your experience in big data and AI to grow strategic customer accounts. This role requires a strong background in sales to complex multinational accounts.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the Defence sector, with at least 5 years of experience managing large, complex accounts. Your ability to navigate the intricacies of multinational organizations sets you apart, as you understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this space. You possess a deep understanding of big data and AI technologies, which allows you to engage effectively with technical stakeholders and articulate the value of Databricks' offerings. You are a strategic thinker who can co-develop business plans that align with customer goals and drive success. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to build strong relationships with customers and partners alike. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at leading cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

Desirable

Experience with advanced analytics and a solid grasp of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform would be advantageous. Familiarity with the manufacturing sector could also enhance your effectiveness in this role, as you will be working closely with teams focused on both Defence and Manufacturing.

What you'll do

In this role, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at major Defence contractors, identifying impactful use cases for big data and AI that can drive customer success. You will lead your team in developing and executing strategies that exceed quarterly and annual usage and booking goals. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to understand their transformation goals and implementing solutions that leverage Databricks' platform. You will collaborate with ecosystem partners to enhance service offerings and ensure that customers receive exceptional value. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of the technical product details and roadmap, which will inform your sales strategy and customer engagements. You will also play a key role in training and enabling your team to effectively communicate the benefits of Databricks' solutions.
