Neuralink is hiring a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily accounts payable operations. You'll focus on invoice processing and vendor management in Austin, Texas.
You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounts payable processes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn and grow within the finance and accounting field. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy is key to your success in this role. You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to build positive relationships with vendors and internal teams alike. You are proactive in addressing inquiries and resolving issues that may arise during the accounts payable process. You are committed to ensuring timely payments and supporting the month-end close responsibilities of the team.
As a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will manage day-to-day accounting-related inboxes and process invoices for payment processing. You will ensure that payables transactions are coded with speed and accuracy, collaborating with procurement and internal teams to ensure that procure-to-pay processes run smoothly. Your role will involve responding to inquiries from internal team members regarding accounts payable matters, providing support and guidance as needed. You will play a key role in maintaining positive vendor relationships, ensuring that all payments are made on time and that any discrepancies are addressed promptly. Additionally, you will assist in the month-end close process, contributing to the preparation of financial statements and reports.
