Lattice is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness and adoption of their innovative HR solutions, particularly focusing on AI products. This role requires experience in marketing AI technologies and a strategic mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You have a strong background in product marketing, ideally with experience in marketing AI products or working with AI technologies. You thrive in environments that embrace ambiguity and are adaptable to rapid changes and concurrent projects. Your collaborative mindset allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, seeking input to enhance your work outputs. You possess a hunger to learn and create, driving impact through your marketing initiatives. Your ability to pivot between strategic initiatives and managing deliverables is key to your success in this role.
Experience in a start-up environment is a plus, as is a proven track record of launching successful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Familiarity with the HR tech landscape and an understanding of customer needs in this space will set you apart. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can translate insights into compelling narratives that engage customers and prospects.
In this role, you will be a key driver in shaping Lattice's AI story and bringing AI solutions to market. You will collaborate closely with the Product team to guide AI-led innovation, ensuring that customers understand the value and impact of Lattice’s AI-powered capabilities. Your responsibilities will span the full marketing lifecycle, from crafting customer narratives to planning webinars and contributing to product launches. You will enable Lattice’s global go-to-market team with compelling positioning, sales tools, and campaigns that elevate the company's AI positioning and go-to-market motion. Your work will be high-impact and high-visibility, contributing to the overall success of Lattice's marketing efforts.
