Nooks is hiring a Customer Success Manager for their SMB segment to ensure customers maximize their value from the AI Sales Assistant Platform. You'll onboard new customers and proactively support their journey. This role requires experience in customer success management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in managing SMB accounts. You thrive on building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, understanding that your role is pivotal in driving renewals and expansions. You are skilled at analyzing customer usage metrics and identifying opportunities for upselling, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from the product. You are proactive in addressing customer challenges and are comfortable wearing multiple hats to support their journey. You are based in the Eastern Standard Time Zone and are familiar with the needs of customers in this region.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Nooks, you will manage a portfolio of 150 SMB accounts, focusing on maximizing the impact and value of Nooks for users and stakeholders. You will onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless integration of Nooks into their sales processes. Your role will involve analyzing customer usage metrics to identify features that provide value and leading upsell conversations. You will monitor customer health metrics and develop proactive plans to address any challenges. You will also create high-value content to support the customer journey and ensure that customers are delighted with their experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer retention and satisfaction, making you a key player in the company's success.
