TrustArc is seeking a Privacy Assurance Program Analyst to support the development and maintenance of privacy certification programs. This role involves researching regulations and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
You have a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, which allows you to effectively translate complex regulations into structured program elements. Your experience in compliance or privacy assurance equips you with the skills necessary to monitor regulatory developments and ensure that certifications remain accurate and aligned with industry standards. You are proactive in your approach, always looking to improve processes and documentation related to privacy assurance. Your ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders is essential in this role, as you will be engaging with different teams to develop program requirements and maintain documentation.
In this role, you will support the ongoing development and maintenance of TrustArc’s privacy certification and validation programs. This includes researching relevant regulations and industry standards to ensure that the programs are up-to-date and compliant. You will be responsible for developing program requirements and maintaining comprehensive documentation that reflects the current state of the programs. Monitoring regulatory and enforcement developments will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that TrustArc’s certifications are accurate and aligned with best practices. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement necessary changes and improvements to the programs, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
