Hightouch is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive for the East Region to drive sales and engage with a diverse range of clients. This role requires at least 2 years of corporate or mid-market sales experience and offers a competitive compensation package.
You have at least 2 years of experience in corporate or mid-market sales, demonstrating a strong ability to engage with clients and close deals. You are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about solving problems for customers. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are exceptional, allowing you to effectively convey ideas and strategies to various stakeholders. You possess a thorough understanding of the technology industry and its key players, which enables you to navigate complex sales processes with ease. You are adaptable and can adjust to an ever-changing work environment, ensuring that you remain effective in your role.
Experience in AI or marketing technology is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes will also be beneficial as you engage with clients and tailor solutions to their needs.
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Hightouch, you will be responsible for driving sales within the East Coast region. You will work closely with a diverse range of companies, engaging with various personas and industries to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Your role will involve managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Hightouch provides a competitive compensation package, including an on-target earnings potential of $200,000 annually, with a base salary of $100,000. In addition to your salary, you will receive meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, along with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
