Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in a print production environment, demonstrating your ability to manage complex production processes effectively. Your background includes working with outside vendors, designers, and buyers, which has equipped you with the skills to navigate the intricacies of production coordination. You are detail-oriented and thrive in a team environment, ensuring that every aspect of the production process is executed flawlessly.

Your experience includes supporting the creation of printing, assembly, and manufacturing specifications, which facilitates planning, purchasing, and quality assurance. You understand the importance of setting productivity goals for manufacturing teams and have a proven track record of ensuring that lot control is properly managed and controlled. Your ability to coordinate production schedules, resources, and logistics for projects is complemented by your proactive approach to addressing any issues or delays that may arise.

You excel in building and maintaining positive working relationships with vendors, customers, and production teams. This collaborative spirit ensures timely procurement of supplies and materials, which is crucial for maintaining production timelines. You work closely with the Production Manager to maintain and improve existing production processes, demonstrating your commitment to continuous improvement.

Your proficiency in enterprise applications such as SAP and Workfront allows you to communicate job progress and details in real time, ensuring transparency and efficiency throughout the production process. You are adept at participating in quality inspections, providing valuable reporting and decision support to vendors, which contributes to the overall success of production projects.

What you'll do

As a Production Coordinator at Esri, you will partner with internal departments and external vendors to oversee every aspect of the production process. Your role will involve planning, design, production, and fabrication, ensuring that print specifications and product requirements are adhered to. You will confirm that each job meets high-quality standards while remaining cost-effective, which is essential for the success of the production team.
