Fivetran is seeking a Product Manager - Integrations to manage a portfolio of SaaS data connectors. You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize feature development and ensure customer requirements are met. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.
You have experience in product management, ideally with a focus on technical products or integrations. You understand the importance of customer feedback and can translate that into actionable product features. You are comfortable working with engineering teams and can effectively communicate technical requirements to various stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive product success. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple priorities while ensuring that deadlines are met. You have a strong understanding of SaaS products and the data integration landscape, which allows you to make informed decisions about product direction.
In this role, you will own the health and management of a portfolio of SaaS data connectors, ensuring they meet customer needs and performance standards. You will work closely with the product team to plan and prioritize feature development, managing the product backlog and developing feature requirements. You will set acceptance criteria for new features and work with engineering to execute on these plans. You will also be responsible for monitoring the health and performance of the connector portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes. Regular communication with customers and internal teams will be key to your success, as you will need to gather feedback and share updates on product developments. You will participate in business reviews and internal management communications to keep all stakeholders informed.
