SpaceX is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow the Starlink business across U.S. Civil Agencies. This role requires a strong background in Federal Civil Sales and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the Federal Civil sector, and possess a robust network of executive-level contacts that you can leverage to drive business growth. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex sales environments and adapt strategies to meet dynamic market demands. You are highly motivated and thrive in a startup-like atmosphere, where you can take initiative and lead efforts to ramp up sales in new sectors. Your analytical skills allow you to dive deep into market trends, providing actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. Experience with telecommunications and satellite communications markets is a plus, as is familiarity with government contracts and procurement processes. You understand the nuances of selling to government agencies and can navigate the complexities involved in securing contracts. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and manage a sales pipeline that aligns with both short- and long-term business goals. You are comfortable working with various sales channels, including value-added resellers and system integrators, to maximize the reach and impact of Starlink capabilities across the U.S. Government.
