Doctolib is seeking an Entry-Level Compliance Manager to support the Ethics & Compliance department. You'll participate in building compliance programs and developing targeted training. This role is ideal for candidates interested in legal and ethical standards in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will participate in the construction of the compliance program for third parties, which includes defining and implementing the program and conducting due diligence. You will assist in developing targeted compliance training for specific teams, ensuring that all employees understand their responsibilities regarding ethics and compliance. You will also contribute to the creation and delivery of communication plans related to ethics and compliance, helping to foster a culture of integrity within Doctolib. Additionally, you will support the updating of the risk mapping related to ethical issues and assist in monitoring the associated action plans in collaboration with internal controls. You will be involved in preparing for inquiries based on the guidelines from the AFA and will analyze due diligence, preparing and drafting ethical analyses based on these assessments.
