Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician to join their team in Akron, NY. You'll utilize your automotive PDR experience to repair vehicle panels using advanced techniques. This role offers a competitive wage and a $4,000 bonus.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques effectively. Your expertise in repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels sets you apart in the automotive repair industry. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be considered a plus. Familiarity with state-of-the-art tools and techniques in the automotive industry will enhance your candidacy.
As a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing dents on vehicles using advanced PDR techniques. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that each vehicle meets our high standards before it reaches our customers. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repairs. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of Carvana as a leading automotive retailer.
