Overview

Carta is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the recruitment lifecycle in the AMEA region. You'll be responsible for sourcing and outreach to attract top talent. This role requires extensive experience in talent acquisition.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years of experience in recruiting across various functions. Your expertise lies in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. You understand the nuances of the AMEA market and can adapt your strategies to attract diverse talent. You are skilled in building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on recruitment needs and expectations. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively with candidates and present the company’s value proposition compellingly. You are data-driven, using metrics to assess the effectiveness of your recruitment strategies and make informed decisions.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the venture capital or private equity sectors. You are comfortable using various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process. A background in employer branding and candidate experience enhancement will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the recruitment process for Carta in the AMEA region, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent to support our growth. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events. You will conduct interviews, assess candidates' fit for the roles, and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring teams. You will also manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate acceptance to onboarding. Additionally, you will contribute to improving our recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives, helping to position Carta as an employer of choice in the market.
