Your leadership skills enable you to effectively manage IT service desks, incident and problem management, and vendor relationships. As the IT Operations Manager at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for leading the regional IT operations function for APAC. You will oversee the delivery of IT support services, ensuring that the IT service desk operates efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve managing incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing service disruptions. You will also be responsible for inventory and asset management, ensuring that all IT assets are tracked and maintained appropriately.
In addition, you will manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring that service level agreements are met. You will play a key role in new hire onboarding, ensuring that all new employees have the necessary IT resources and support to be successful from day one. Your leadership will help to create a positive and productive work environment for your team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
