Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring and managing partnerships with small to medium-sized businesses. Your strong negotiation skills enable you to balance quality and volume in competitive environments, ensuring that you can identify high-potential restaurants effectively. You are analytical and disciplined, capable of designing and executing a funnel construction plan that consistently meets targets. You thrive in field-based roles and are willing to travel as needed to engage with partners.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Uber Eats' restaurant selection by acquiring high-quality SMB partners. You will manage your sales funnel from prospecting to contracting, ensuring that deals move swiftly and clearly. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and qualifying potential restaurant partners, using geo insights and competitive dynamics to prioritize your efforts. You will lead complex negotiations that balance unit economics and merchant expectations, ensuring long-term value for both Uber and its partners. You will also follow up with merchants post-activation to ensure they remain engaged and successful from day one.
