MongoDB is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance platform adoption and retention. You'll leverage your expertise in product-led growth and customer journey optimization. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
You have a proven track record as a Growth Marketing Manager, with a focus on lifecycle marketing tactics that engage developers throughout their journey. Your expertise in product-led growth strategies allows you to create dynamic, personalized messaging that resonates with B2B SaaS users. You are passionate about customer success and advocate for users while accelerating their journey on MongoDB Atlas. Your solid understanding of the customer journey encompasses onboarding, adoption, engagement, and monetization strategies. You are experienced in running experiments both in and out of the product, taking initiatives from ideation through execution and continuous iteration. You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively across multiple teams and levels.
Experience in database segmentation and marketing to developers is a plus, as it will help you drive early-stage planning through to cross-functional execution. You are detail-oriented, creative, data-driven, and organized, with a knack for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lifecycle marketing programs that engage developers and drive platform adoption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Analytics, Data Science, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing initiatives. You will analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and run experiments to optimize the customer journey. Your role will involve creating and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with developers, utilizing various channels such as email and in-product messaging. You will also monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
