The role

As a Product Designer, you will play a key part in shaping the experiences millions of people use to invest with confidence. You’ll be hands-on in designing and delivering features that make complex financial tools feel intuitive and straightforward. Working closely with product managers and engineers, you will bring ideas to life quickly and effectively.

This role is ideal for someone with limited experience but eager to grow as a designer, deepen their product knowledge, and make an immediate impact on real users every day.

You will

• Design and deliver key features within our app, ensuring high-quality user experiences

• Be hands-on, moving from concepts to detailed UI

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to ship work with velocity

• Share your work and welcome feedback as a tool for continuous improvement

• Continuously grow as a designer, deepening your craft and domain knowledge every day

• Contribute to and uphold our design system to ensure consistency in our product

You have

• 2+ years of experience crafting impactful digital products

• A portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• A self-starter mentality with the confidence to take initiative and move work forward

• Eagerness to continuously learn and expand your knowledge

• Proficiency in Figma

Even better

• Experience in fintech or regulated industries that demand both compliance and delight

• Experience in building and maintaining design systems

• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative insights to drive product success
