You are a Quoting Analyst II with over 4 years of experience in Renewals Quoting Operations. You have a strong attention to detail and are adept at managing heavy transaction workloads. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to assist renewal representatives in their day-to-day activities, ensuring that all renewal quotes are validated and sent out early. You understand the importance of accuracy in data, including changes from prior renewals, price increases, and SKU data that may impact renewal amounts. Your ability to drive business processes will be instrumental in scaling the renewal business and achieving ambitious growth targets.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Renewal Reps to maximize retention. Your keen analytical skills allow you to identify refresh and upgrade opportunities that impact the installed base. You are proactive in your approach, ensuring that all upcoming renewals are quoted accurately and efficiently. You are committed to removing risks associated with contract value reductions by focusing on accuracy upfront, which allows for predictability in securing renewals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all upcoming renewals from the installed base are quoted accurately. You will partner with Renewal Reps to validate renewal quotes and ensure they are sent out early. Your attention to detail will be crucial in managing the data accuracy, including all changes from prior renewals, price increases, and SKU data that may affect the renewal amount. You will also manage a pipeline of upcoming renewals, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and processed in a timely manner.

You will assist the Renewals team in reviewing and reporting any refresh or upgrade opportunities that may impact the installed base. Your role will involve coordinating activities between different functions to streamline the renewal process. You will be instrumental in driving business processes that secure more revenue prior to maintenance or subscription expiration dates. By focusing on accuracy and efficiency, you will help the team achieve its growth targets and maximize retention rates.
