You have 3+ years of professional video editing and motion design experience, ideally in a startup or creative agency — you understand the nuances of storytelling through visual media and have a portfolio that showcases your creativity and technical skills. You are fluent in Photoshop, After Effects, and Capcut, with Premiere also being acceptable — your proficiency in these tools allows you to bring ideas to life effectively. You thrive in an environment where speed, creativity, and quality all matter — you are comfortable working under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards. Your English fluency, both spoken and written, enables you to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. You have a background in copywriting or creative direction, which enhances your ability to craft compelling narratives. You love exploring how AI tools can speed up and enhance the creative process, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.

Having worked at a fast-moving startup or content-first tech company gives you an edge — you understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with building a brand from the ground up. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end video creation process — from storyboarding and editing to delivery. You will create short-form content for social media, launch clips, testimonials, and product explainers that resonate with our audience. Collaborating closely with our marketing and product teams, you will translate ideas into visually compelling narratives that capture the energy and ambition of Tempo. You will edit and refine footage for clarity, pacing, and emotional impact, ensuring brand consistency across all visual storytelling. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be encouraged to experiment creatively, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in video content. You will help build a movement around the future of AI and software creation, contributing to a vision that aims to revolutionize how software is built.
