Edmentum is seeking a Senior Vice President of Inside Sales to lead and develop sales teams, driving enterprise growth and transformation. You'll leverage sales technology and proven models to maximize results. This role requires extensive executive-level inside sales experience.
You have a bachelor’s degree and extensive executive-level inside sales experience — you've successfully led sales teams and driven enterprise growth in a dynamic environment. Your ability to build coalitions and influence senior stakeholders is a key strength, allowing you to represent Edmentum at high-level industry forums and events. You are committed to championing a culture of innovation, inclusion, and performance within your teams. Your experience includes deploying proven inside sales models and playbooks to drive scale and maximize results across cross-sell, upsell, and net new opportunities. You have a track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales managers and sellers, ensuring that your teams are equipped to achieve ambitious organizational goals. You are adaptable and agile, responding effectively to market changes and evolving business needs.

Your leadership will involve building coalitions and influencing senior stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and objectives. You will represent Edmentum at high-level industry forums and events, showcasing the company's commitment to tech-enabled learning solutions. You will champion a culture of innovation, inclusion, and performance, deploying proven inside sales models and playbooks to drive scale and maximize results across cross-sell, upsell, and net new opportunities. Additionally, you will leverage and optimize the sales technology stack, including tools like Clari, Groove, Forecasting, and CoPilot, to drive performance and forecasting accuracy. Your role will require you to demonstrate adaptability and agility in response to market changes and evolving business needs, ensuring that your teams remain competitive and effective.
