You possess a deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS landscape and the AI industry, which allows you to effectively communicate the value of Anthropic's technology to potential candidates. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the recruiting efforts for the Applied AI team at Anthropic, focusing on critical roles that support the integration and deployment of Claude in large enterprises. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and developing job descriptions that attract the right talent.

You will also implement innovative recruiting strategies to engage candidates and promote Anthropic's mission of creating reliable and beneficial AI systems. By leveraging your expertise in technical recruiting, you will help shape the future of AI deployment in various industries. You will work closely with the GTM recruiting team to ensure alignment in hiring practices and to share best practices across the organization.
