Kong is seeking a Staff Solutions Architect to lead and guide customers through their technical journey with Kong's API technology. You'll work closely with enterprise clients to ensure successful implementation and adoption of their solutions. This role requires expertise in API and cloud technologies.
You have a strong background in solutions architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in guiding enterprise customers through technical implementations. Your expertise in API technologies and cloud solutions enables you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. You are comfortable working with government and public sector customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are a proactive problem solver, always looking for ways to enhance customer satisfaction and drive adoption of technology solutions. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies, especially in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence.
Experience with AI governance and cloud API technologies is a plus. Familiarity with various sectors such as banking, retail, and transportation will help you relate to a diverse range of clients. A passion for helping organizations become API-first and accelerate their AI adoption will set you apart.
