Guidepoint is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Growth to enhance client partnerships and drive market opportunities in Greater China. You'll develop strategic account plans and lead client relationships. This role requires a strategic mindset and experience in client growth.
You have a proven track record in client growth and account management, ideally with over 5 years of experience in a strategic role. You excel at developing and executing account plans that drive significant growth and prevent attrition among key clients. Your ability to translate data into actionable strategies sets you apart, as you monitor client engagement metrics to identify risks and opportunities. You are a natural leader, capable of mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices to elevate team performance. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work closely with client service teams to ensure seamless delivery and an exceptional client experience.
Experience in a fast-paced environment where you have successfully scaled commercial impact is a plus. Familiarity with the Greater China market and its unique challenges will help you navigate client relationships effectively. A background in consulting or a related field can enhance your strategic approach to client growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans that drive wallet-share growth among Guidepoint's most strategic clients. You will champion the adoption of new products and solutions, ensuring they meet evolving client needs. Your role will involve monitoring client usage and engagement metrics to identify risks and uncover opportunities for growth. You will own the full commercial relationship within your accounts, leading efforts from prospecting and new client activation through contract negotiation and successful renewal. Collaboration with the Client Service team will be crucial to ensure seamless client delivery and to gather feedback for continuous improvement. You will also act as a mentor for junior commercial staff, contributing to the development of scalable processes and playbooks that enhance team performance.
