You are an Engineering Technician with a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical systems — you understand the intricacies of maintaining mission-critical technology infrastructure and have hands-on experience troubleshooting complex equipment. You have a background in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering — your knowledge includes working with three-phase electrical systems, diesel generators, and cooling systems. You are comfortable with troubleshooting and maintaining various systems, including switch gear, UPSs, PDUs, and centrifugal chillers. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.

As an Engineering Operation Technician at Amazon, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the technology infrastructure that powers our data centers.
