You have a background in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering — your knowledge includes working with three-phase electrical systems, diesel generators, and cooling systems. You are comfortable with troubleshooting and maintaining various systems, including switch gear, UPSs, PDUs, and centrifugal chillers. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do

As an Engineering Operation Technician at Amazon, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the technology infrastructure that powers our data centers. You will work hands-on with electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring that all systems operate at peak performance. This includes working with stand-by diesel generators, cooling systems, and electrical distribution systems.
