Placemakr is seeking a Director of Real Estate Growth to lead partnerships and sourcing of managed real estate inventory. This role requires strong familiarity with the San Francisco real estate market and offers a competitive compensation package.

Your deep familiarity with the San Francisco market allows you to leverage a strong network of contacts to identify opportunities for growth. Experience in property management or real estate development is a plus, as is familiarity with technology-driven solutions in the real estate space. You are adaptable and open to new ideas, always looking for innovative ways to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
As the Director of Real Estate Growth, you will be responsible for sourcing third-party managed real estate inventory, which includes both existing multifamily assets and new developments. You will work closely with developers, property operators, and investors to curate a collection of apartment-like spaces that align with Placemakr's vision. Your role will involve negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and ensuring that the properties meet the high standards expected by guests and residents alike. You will also collaborate with internal teams to support property execution and enhance the overall guest experience.
Placemakr offers a competitive salary range of $115-135K, depending on experience, with on-target earnings estimated between $200-225K annually, including bonuses and commissions. We provide a remote-first work environment, allowing you the flexibility to choose your workspace as long as you have reliable internet access. Additionally, we value collaboration and foster a culture of teamwork, with biannual in-person gatherings to strengthen connections among team members.
