You are accountable for inventory, equipment, and other company assets, ensuring they are properly handled and protected from loss or theft.

You understand the importance of delighting customers and ensure that their orders are delivered with high quality. You execute orders accurately, communicate effectively with customers when issues arise, and make sure Dasher pickups go smoothly. You have strong leadership skills and guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring that the team works safely and productively.

Desirable

You have experience in a warehouse environment and are familiar with light food preparation processes. You are comfortable working in a team and can delegate tasks effectively to ensure operational efficiency. You are adaptable and can handle the challenges that come with managing a busy fulfillment center.

What you'll do

As a Shift Lead at DashMart, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment and maintaining inventory. You will oversee the daily operations of the fulfillment center, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and safely. You will lead a team of Operations Associates, providing guidance and support throughout their shifts.
