Overview

Five9 is seeking a Director of Enterprise Customer Success Management to lead a team focused on driving business outcomes for customers. You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly in a SaaS environment, with experience leading teams to achieve business outcomes. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at mentoring and developing talent within your team. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively. You are adept at managing competing priorities and can navigate complex implementations with ease. Your commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse team culture aligns with Five9's values, and you are passionate about empowering your team to succeed.

Desirable

Experience in cloud contact center software or related technology sectors is a plus. Familiarity with OKR frameworks and performance management in customer success will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can leverage metrics to guide your team's performance.

What you'll do

As the Director of Enterprise Customer Success Management, you will lead a team of Customer Success Managers, guiding them in their efforts to maximize customer satisfaction and investment in Five9 solutions. You will develop and implement best practices for the Enterprise Customer Success program, ensuring that your team is equipped to handle large and complex customer implementations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal partners, including Professional Services and Sales, to streamline onboarding processes and enhance customer experiences. You will anchor your team's performance to Five9's Global Customer Success OKR framework, driving accountability and results. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers will be a key focus, as you position yourself and your team as trusted advisors.
